Kevin Delaney's A four-week workshop held at MJ Productions in Burbank Thursdays, May 8 - 29 7 - 9:30 p.m. Humor is simply EVERYWHERE in voiceover today: from commercials for TV and radio, to toys, video games, and of course, animation! We'll cover all the basics, and show you how you can use your natural sense of humor to make your reads come dazzlingly to life. We'll talk about the all-important principles of VARIETY and PHYSICALIZING to take your performances to a whole new level. And of course, we'll talk a lot about the business of voiceover, and how best to present yourself to increase your chances of getting the part. We'll be working in a real recording studio, with real "copy," and everyone will get many opportunities to perform in front of the mic. Class size is limited to just EIGHT lucky people, so everyone will enjoy a truly personal experience. Best of all, everything we do is recorded, and you'll receive your tracks every week as MP3 files. Tuition is just $100 for all four weeks, which includes all materials and studio costs.
